From concept to event, in four steps
Organizing an event in another city can be complicated. Finding the right space, negotiating terms, coordinating the technical side and making sure everything works on the day requires time, contacts and local knowledge. That's what we're here for.
Tell us about your event
It all starts with a conversation. Tell us what kind of event you're organizing, in which city, for how many people, on what dates and with what budget. And the things that can't be measured in numbers: the tone, the atmosphere, the experience you want to create. We work by video call, email or in person depending on the city and timing.
We propose the best spaces
Within 48 to 72 hours we send you a personalized proposal with a curated selection of spaces that match your event. Each option includes photos, technical specs, capacity, location, price and our honest assessment of why that space works for what you need. No filler, no generic options.
We handle everything
Once you choose the space, we take care of the full management: negotiation with the venue, signing the rental agreement, coordinating technical requirements (projection, sound, lighting, furniture) and any additional services you need. We work with a network of local professionals in each city — sound engineers, producers, event coordinators — who know the terrain and ensure everything is in place.
Your event, no surprises
On the day of the event, a coordinator from our team oversees that everything runs as planned. We make sure the space is ready, the tech is operational and the timing is on point. You focus on your event. We make sure the space works.
We adapt to you, not the other way around
Every event is different and every organizing team has its own resources. That's why we work flexibly, integrating with your existing team and covering exactly what you need.
Some clients only need us to find the space and manage the contract. Others ask us to handle the full production: venue management on the day, screening coordination, photocall setup, hosting and guest reception, sound and lighting crew, and even graphic design — posters, catalogues, programmes, accreditations.
We work especially with independent film festivals, where every edition is different and organizing teams need a partner that adapts to what they already have and fills in what they're missing.
If your team covers communication but needs production support, perfect. If you've got the technical side sorted but need someone to manage the space and day-of logistics, that works too. We adjust to whatever combination makes sense for your event.
There are no fixed packages. We talk, we understand what you need, and we build the collaboration from there.
